Delivery Charges
₹500+
Orders with a cart value of ₹500 or above qualify for complimentary delivery across most serviceable locations within India. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.
Variable
For orders below ₹500, a delivery fee may be applicable depending on your order value and delivery location. The exact charge will be shown transparently at checkout before you confirm.
Location-Based Pricing
Delivery fees, when applicable, are calculated based on your delivery address and distance from our dispatch point in Rourkela, Odisha. Remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may attract a higher logistic charge, which will always be communicated upfront.

Weekends & Holidays
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. Weekend days are not counted as business days for dispatch timelines.
Public Holidays
National and regional public holidays may cause 1–2 additional days of delay. Courier services are typically non-operational on declared holidays.
Peak Seasons
During festive seasons (Eid, Diwali, New Year) and sale periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes.
